• Organization and user account details (name, email, role, floor assignment)
• Agent records and break activity (timestamps, break types, fines)
• Audit logs for administrative actions
• Technical logs (IP address, request metadata) for security and operations

How we use data

Data is used to provide break tracking, compliance reporting, and multi-tenant administration. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Data is retained for the life of your organization's subscription unless you request deletion or your contract specifies otherwise.
